Standard guarantee periods for artem products
The guarantee period for all artem products is 24 months.

The guarantee period for all products purchased after 18.12.2002 is 24 months. For all products purchased from Bintec Communications AG before this date, Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH provides a 24-month guarantee on a goodwill basis.

End of Sale Information
The sale of a product is discontinued when the product reaches the EOS (End of Sale) status. The following services are still available for the customer after this date:
- End of Software Maintenance: 2 years after EOS
- End of Support: 4 years after EOS
- End of Repair: 5 years after EOS
