Important notes about the UTM Service
- The UTM Service is available in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, UK, BeNeLux.
- Please take note that time delays can appear in countries which are not in the EU. Thank you for your understanding.
- The current prices are available at our UTM distributors.
- The service has to be concluded during its regular period of warranty. All parts have to be in good order and condition.
- The service can be concluded with an initial period for a maximum of 3 years (3 years after purchase).
- The hardware defect has to be covered from the funkwerk warranty under the FEC general terms and conditions.
- No service shall be provided for defects, which are caused by the customer by improper use (e.g. damaged case).
- The service is only according to the devices, for which it has been bought for (serial number).
- The customer is responsible for the installation/uninstallation of the UTM Appliance.
- The customer is also responsible for the backup of the configuration.
- The customer assures the suitable transport packaging.
