Hardware Services bintec products
Constantly increasing demands for reliable networks give us reason to offer diverse Hardware Services. In case of defective hardware, it is possible to send in the affected router for repair. Furthermore, we offer a pick-up service to reduce loss time of your bintec device.



Before sending in your device for repair or exchange, use this checklists (check list bintec) to detect possible other problems in the environment of the device than a hardware defect. This will help you to prevent errors in your fault diagnostics and consequential charges.



To make handling as easy and quickly as possible for you, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following procedure:
  • Before we can deliver a new router, you have to apply for an RMA Number for every DOA- (Dead On Arrival), warranty- or repair processing. This RMA number can be requested automatically using an online form.

  • It is necessary to obtain a separate RMA number for every defective device. This keeps transactions transparent for you as well as for us, since we can track which stages the router has passed through.

Funkwerk Enterprise Communications offers following hardware services to process these cases:

Standard repair
Repair processing has to be initated online or via your sales partner / distributor. If your device fail within the warranty period, repair is free of charge, of course. The repair processing time average out 10 working days. [continuing ...]
DOA Case (Dead on arrival)
In general, the DOA limit is 30 days after delivery to the end customer. Devices, which fail, within this period, will be replaced by our Pick Up Service for Bintec products or for Artem Products with an advanced replacement free of charge.

Pick-Up service
Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH offers a Pick-Up Service for handling of hardware defects. A replacement device will be delivered on the next working day in most cases. At the same time we pick up the defective device (in the majority of cases). [continuing ...]
