Before sending in your device for repair or exchange, use this checklists (check list artem) to detect possible other problems in the environment of the device than a hardware defect. This will help you to prevent errors in your fault diagnostics and consequential charges.
To make handling as easy and quickly as possible for you, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following procedure:
- Before we can deliver a new access device, you have to apply for an RMA Number for every DOA- (Dead On Arrival), warranty- or repair processing. This RMA number can be requested automatically using an online form.
- It is necessary to obtain a separate RMA number for every defective device. This keeps transactions transparent for you as well as for us, since we can track which stages the device has passed through.
