Optional external ports – State of the art technology for state of the art performance
S2M Module::
ISDN point-to-multipoint or point-to-point connections offer two effective channels for each 2-wire line. You can also combine several ISDN ports in elmeg ICT PABX systems to tackle a large volume of communication traffic. Using the elmeg ICT880xt and corresponding module expansion, you can combine up to 8 ISDN exchange connections for up to 16 simultaneous calls.
A particularly high-performance solution is the S2M primary multiplex port for various telephone providers: 30 digital exchange lines at the blink of an eye via a 4-wire cable – just right for larger company systems with a high volume of communication traffic, such as call centers. elmeg offers you a direct option for implementing this primary multiplex port - the optional S2M module.
Since the S2M module is integrated at a dedicated slot in the PABX system it does not limit modular expansion for S0, Up0 or a/b ports in any way, also allowing all of the S0 ports to be used for internal subscribers.

POTS Module::
POTS – "Plain Old Telephone Service" – is a module that employs copper wire cables for analog standard exchange lines. Using the new POTS module you can now integrate your older, or existing analog exchange lines into your elmeg ICT PABX systems.
A typical example for this would be, for example, the integration of an existing exchange line for a fax device that can not be connected to the ISDN exchange connection, or covering the entire performance range for system telephony with only analog exchange lines.
Two or four analog exchange connections can be implemented with each module using the POTS 2 and POTS 4 modules and these connections linked to your internal PABX devices – and of course it goes without saying that the convenient and transparent overall configuration of the ICT system is completely at your disposal.

Router ICT Module:
Integration of xDSL/ISDN data communication using the Router ICT module: Integrate your IT environment perfectly into your fixed-lines communication network with the Router ICT module: Rapid and secure connection to the Internet and for data transfer is easily available for your entire company network.
Router functions are configured from a central location: ISDN fallback on loss of the xDSL connection, central firewall, continuous or on-demand connections, just to name a few. This allows you to ensure easy and economical secure access to central data banks, centralized e-mail functions, servers, etc. The Router ICT module can be easily configured without any problems from any PC within the network (or from an external location by your dealer via ISDN) using CAPI or remote CAPI access.
Company networking via the Internet: The Internet, with its universal and permanently available infrastructure, is a perfect choice for communication across several locations – offering cost savings over direct point-to-point connections while significantly increasing availability, bandwidth and flexibility. Instead of installing an ISDN card in each separate PC, just connect your LAN to the Router ICT module. Why block several ISDN lines for different computers when you have a lightning-fast connection to the Internet via the LAN? Today, xDSL connections provide ample bandwidth, even for larger LANs.
Remote Access Service (RAS): A further option, besides the Internet connection, is direct dial-in via ISDN and Remote Access to the exchange office, for example from your home office, or using a phone connection in a hotel. Use a special direct dial-in number for the Router ICT module to set up an additional point-to-point connection to the exchange office LAN. Authentication mechanisms protect this connection from any malicious misuse.
Management of system data: Update the central system telephone directory, or evaluate the charge memory, for example, from any PC workstation. Again, the LAN port for the Router ICT module can set up the connection using elmeg WIN-Tools – a well-coordinated system.
