All expansion modules are compatible with one another and can be combined almost any way desired. Of course, compatibility with existing expansion modules from the model series elmeg C48m/-C46xe/-C88m with systems of the elmeg ICT series is guaranteed.
- 2 S0 / 4 S0 module: For 2 or 4 additional S0 interfaces to connect ISDN phones and ISDN PC cards, each with switchable S0 for internal or external connection (PtP and PtMP). All S0s are suitable for connecting elmeg system phones.
- 4 a/b / 8 a/b module: For 4 or 8 additional analog extensions such as (cordless) phones, group 3 fax, answering machine, external voice mail or modem. All a/b ports with CLIP support and charge pulse.
- 4 Up0 / 8 Up0 module: Interfaces with ISDN features over 2-wire cable connection (old installation) and up to 1,000 meters of range (in combination with Up0/ S0 converter or integrated into elmeg CS290-U and elmeg CS410-U).
- Door intercom module: For convenient door intercom systems with up to 4 bell buttons each, incl. door opener, intercom and special signaling at the phone.
- Emergency power supply module (NSP): To supply emergency power to an authorized ISDN system phone, for example elmeg CS400xt, at an internal S0 bus (through switching of the external S0). This ensures that you can be reached in the event of a power outage.
- Contacts module: Six alarm inputs and three switching contacts link different technical devices with automatic triggering of calls, alarms, signals, etc.
- DECT multicell 2 / DECT multicell 4 module: DECT controller module for connecting 2 or 4 DECT rfp base stations and operating up to 40 elmeg DECT handsets (see also P. 42).
More expansion options are available using modules for external ports (S2M*, POTS, Router, see P. 11) and for integration of Voice over IP using the new VoIP-VPN Gateway module (see P. 16/17)
