Why two versions?

The demands made on a centralized management system vary with the size of the company and the network concerned. In addition to the Professional Edition with a comprehensive set of features, Funkwerk therefore also off ers a Standard Edition, which is optimized with regard to the requirements of smaller WLANs with less than 30 access points.
To enable you to gain a comprehensive overview of the functions of the WLAN management solution by Funkwerk, we also offer the Trial Edition, which is identical to the Standard Edition in terms of its scope of functions. Th is allows you to try out centralized administration in a test environment with up to three access points.

WiLMA Grows - Upgrade from “Standard” to “Professional”

Your company grows and so does your network? No problem: the WiLMA license model permits the convenient and individual extension of the license.

The Standard Edition can be easily extended in steps of 10 and the Professional Edition in steps of 25 access points. Of course, it is also possible to perform an upgrade from the Standard to the Professional Edition.
