The artem W100 is a easy-to-install and use Accesspoint (AP) and Ethernet Adapter in one. Implementing the IEEE 802.11g
standard for Wireless LAN (WLAN), the Artem W100 is capable of up to 54Mbps data transmission rate using the Direct Sequence
Spread Spectrum (DSSS) and the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technologies. This device is backward
compatible with the earlier IEEE802.11b standard allowing seamless interfacing of both wireless LAN standards.
With 6 dBi higher gain antenna, artem W100 extends wireless local area network coverage in twice more distance than usual
products. It provides a better signal strength and higher data rates where standard products fall back to lower data rates.
The artem W100 also supports several wireless network configuration including AP, infrastructure and Ad-Hoc modes giving you flexibility on your existing or future wireless network configurations.
To provide efficient security to your wireless communication, artem W100 comes with a 64/128 Bit Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP)
encryption and Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) features.
