The new funkwerk W-Client USB .11abg now comes equipped with a MC connector for convenient connection to Funkwerk external antennas which allows you to boost your wireless connection range further.

It wirelessly connects end devices to Local Area Networks (LANs) and offers excellent performance and security. Despite its small size, the W-Client USB .11abg is big on features; compatibility with wireless 802.11a/b/g networks ensures that you can be connected easily. Besides drivers and tools for Windows operating systems, the scope of delivery comprises a WPA supplicant, which allows the implementation of networks that demand maximum security.

The funkwerk W-Client USB .11abg offers a fast and flexible connection to the WLAN via a USB interface. Thanks to its USB interface, it can be plugged in and out quickly and is thus easy-to-use on different computers. For this reason, it represents an optimum solution for computers without a CardBus slot or with already used CardBus slots. By means of an included extension cable, it can be placed at some distance from the USB interface—just like an external antenna—in order to improve the wireless link.
