The FEC W-Client PCI .11g wirelessly connects end devices to Local Area Networks (LANs) and offers excellent performance and security. Using PRISM Nitro technology, the performance can be more than tripled in WLAN networks with mixed b + g clients, and doubled in pure 11g networks. Full compatibility with WI-FI clients of other manufacturers is provided. Besides drivers and tools for Windows operating systems, the scope of delivery comprises a WPA supplicant, which allows the implementation of networks that demand maximum security.
The FEC W-Client PCI .11g is ideally suited for desktop PCs to be equipped with a permanent WLAN interface. The antenna included in the scope of delivery is detachable, which means that you can attach any other antenna from the portfolio of Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH if you want to increase the range.
