Funkwerk offers 5 year extended warranty
New service packages for bintec gateways and WLAN access points
NUREMBERG. From 1st of March Funkwerk Enterprise Communications (FEC) is offering three new service packages with a five year extended manufacturer’s warranty including replacement in advance during servicing. The service packages can be applied to the bintec RS, R and RT series gateways, to the bintec W1002n WLAN access points and all models of the bintec WIn series.
With the extended warranty customers of FEC are now supplied with an increased investment protection for their solutions. The packages will be offered across Europe and depending on the product will be available in three different pricing models: small, medium and large.
These service packages extend the standard warranty period for the used bintec products from two to five years. In addition, users will benefit from a quick and simple replacement service if required. The service can be activated by distributors and dealers or directly by the end customer via the FEC website.
The new service packages from FEC in brief:
- “small" service packages
for bintec RS120, RS230a/aw, RS232b/bw, W1002n
- “medium" service packages
for bintec RS120wu, R1202, R3002, R3502, RT1202
- “large" service packages
for bintec R3802, R4402, RT3002, RT4202, RT4402, WIx040n, WIx065n
CeBIT special offers for tradeAs part of the CeBIT offerings from 1st to 31st March, the bintec RS120, bintec RS120wu and bintec RT1202 gateways will be available from authorised FEC distributors at a reduced price point including the new service package free-of-charge.
