NUREMBERG. Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH (FEC), a Funkwerk AG company, and T-Com recently signed a contract for the supply of new elmeg-brand ISDN telephone systems. FEC started delivery of the telecommunications systems, which were specially developed for T-Com, in June 2005 under the product name of “Eumex 800”.
Trusted partnership
With this new contract, T-Com and FEC are continuing their long years of trusted partnership, which first began many years earlier with Elmeg Communication Systems GmbH, a company that was taken over by FEC.
Eumex 800: ISDN telephone and Internet system for up to eight terminal devices and two ISDN system telephones
With the well-established elmeg brand name, FEC owns a trusted quality brand in the field of compact, modular telecommunications solutions based on ISDN/ DSL for the retail market. The Eumex 800 designed for T-Com is specially customized to accommodate the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) – home offices and the skilled trades or industrial companies in particular. The easy-to-install telecom system in the flat design is equipped with eight connections for such analog terminal devices as telephones, fax machines or answering machines as well as the T-Com DoorLine door intercoms. The integrated USB interface allows Internet access via ISDN with one or two channels. In addition, the Eumex 800 supports text messaging and multimedia messaging via landlines as well as a particularly easy-to-use configuration program. Convenient ISDN system telephones (ConceptPX722) can also be used at central workplaces or in teams to optimize in-company communications.
