NUREMBERG. Effective January 1, 2005, Wolfgang Harderich (53) assumed the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH, a company belonging to Funkwerk AG. In this capacity, he is responsible for Sales and Marketing at the professional communications solutions manufacturer and reports directly to Hans-Ekkehard Domröse, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH.
As per January 2004, Harderich was already a member of the executive board at Elmeg Communication Systems GmbH, a company belonging to the Enterprise Communication division at Funkwerk AG. Here, he was the executive director in charge of the segments of Marketing & Sales as well as Research & Development and he was also responsible for all activities in the telecommunications channel of the division.
With the integration of Elmeg Communication Systems GmbH into Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH, which was created by the merger of bintec and artem, Wolfgang Harderich aims to implement the company’s strategy for growth and to drive the positive development of the artem, bintec and Elmeg brands on the German and Central European markets, whereby he places a particular focus on the realization of innovative VoIP and VPN projects on the converging ITC market.
Prior to this, Wolfgang Harderich gathered long years of experience in executive sales, marketing, development and business management positions at Elmeg GmbH & Co.KG Kommunikationstechnik (1988-2003), where he acted as executive director starting in 1994.
