TR200 – Communication Genius for mid-sized Companies

The necessity of modern communication solutions is also becoming a mounting priority in smaller office environments in mid-sized companies. Being obtainable at all times, access to to central data or connection to the company headquarters via VPN are taking center stage.

Often it is the case that communication solutions have originated successively - perfect interaction is not always assured and the configuration of the individual elements is confusing, as these solutions come from different manufacturers and from different generations. Then there are costs for servicing and maintenance of the system.

With the TR2000 multifunction gateway, you have the opportunity of reducing your previous infrastructure in terms of hardware and complexity, of saving workload and costs and with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007™ of using communication solutions hitherto only available to large companies.

The multifunction gateway TR200 includes in one device: Internet access router, PBX functionalities, WLAN access point for mobile users and the option of connecting to company headquarters using VPN. A Web GUI is used for configuration, this can also be used for configuration outside the network, as required. Call-out costs for maintenance and servicing are reduced as a result.

The device TR200 offers the user the option of connecting standard analog and ISDN phones, as well as modern VoIP phones. Calling into the PSTN is possible, either with the existing analog or ISDN trunk line, but cheap VoIP providers can also be used additionally or exclusively. Furthermore, the VPN functionality with IPSec and PPTP allows secure data exchange with your company headquarters and therefore the availability of the most up-to-date data.

In combination with the Microsoft Exchange Server Version 2007™ and higher, additional functions are available to you, such as an answering machine for every workplace, automatic switchboard and voicecontrol of your Outlook functions, e.g. reading your e-mails or calendar entries by phone.
