Johann M. Schmid has been CFO at Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH and responsible for the Finances & HR department since the beginning of 2004. Prior to this, Schmid held the position of commercial manager at bintec Access Networks GmbH.

Johann M. Schmid joined the Funkwerk Group in January 2001. In his position of responsibility in the field of Group Accounting and Corporate Finance at Hörmann GmbH & Co. Beteiligungs KG, the majority shareholder of Funkwerk AG, he was entrusted with the task of supervising the acquisitions of the Enterprise Communications division and shaping the financial strategy.
Johann M. Schmid has gathered considerable experience in the field of finances and taxes in the financial sector, where the graduate business economist was employed as assistant to the management board and authorized signatory in funds and asset management, among other things, from 1998 to 2000.

Johann M. Schmid considers the lasting commercial integration and consolidation of the companies allocated to the Enterprise Communications division and the ensuing enhancement of synergies to optimize the yield situation along with a streamlining of the administrative organization as the main focus of his current activities.
